Medical Device Problem Solving Consultant

Ray Dromms is President of Raymond P.Solutions, Inc. an independent consulting company in problem solving, Process Validation, and Corrective Actions especially in regulated industries such as Medical Devices.

 Mr. Dromms has over 35 years of industry experience  including 30 years in successive roles at Welch Allyn. Those Welch Allyn roles included Director of Sustaining Engineering/ Triage and Director of Manufacturing Engineering. Mr. Dromms also held positions as Vice President of Manufacturing at Transonic Systems,.Sr Operations Manager at Pall Corporation, and Vice President Manufacturing Operations at PurpleSun a startup transforming healthcare by creating the first non-chemical based standard for disinfection.  

Mr. Dromms completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester. He also earned his MBA through the Executive Development Program at the Simon Business School, University of Rochester. Mr. Dromms completed his Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt from the CQAS at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
